Educational Objectives

Physiotherapy Rehabilitation education educates members with professional autonomy who have received at least four years of undergraduate education in accordance with adopted international standards. Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation covers all approaches that aim to improve and increase the functional abilities and mobility of individuals or societies throughout their lives. It includes all kinds of approaches that threaten movement and function that occur with the effect of disease, disorder and environmental factors. On the other hand, it also includes concepts such as health promotion, prevention of disease, treatment and rehabilitation with the aim of protecting and increasing the quality of life.
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation training in general:
  • Sensitive to all kinds of developments and changes that may affect the health of the individual, family and society with the knowledge they have acquired, and reflecting these on the service they provide,
  • Having access to scientific information in the field of health, following, evaluating and applying current literature
  • To be able to determine the Physiotherapy Rehabilitation needs of healthy, sick and disabled individuals, to define and implement the necessary Physiotherapy and related rehabilitation program in order to meet these requirements at the level of professional standards,
  • It aims to train professional physiotherapists who adopt lifelong learning.
